Before you make a referral, check that you are reporting it to the right organisation. We can only accept referrals where the abuse has occurred in Derby City.

Derby City residents

If you think an adult may be at risk, you can make a safeguarding referral. When making a referral, please refer to the Derbyshire and Derby SABs Adults Safeguarding Decision Making Guidance.

If you have any concerns about care providers that do not relate to safeguarding, you can submit a referral using Derby City Council’s Provider Web Form to report an Adult Social Care Provider: Report an Adult Social Care Provider Service Update Web Form
